Lauren Schwabe brings a dynamic, multi-faceted background to real estate — blending academic excellence, personal investment success, and a strong foundation in development. A Greenwich native and graduate of Sacred Heart and the University of Michigan, Lauren earned her Master’s in Real Estate Development from NYU’s Schack Institute, positioning her at the intersection of data, design, and value creation.

 

Over the past five years, Lauren has completed more than 50 transactions through her private portfolio, Schwabe Properties — including raw land, residential, and commercial acquisitions. She has also advised high-net-worth clients and private investors, helping them make strategic decisions in both stable and emerging markets.

 

Her strength lies in her ability to balance analytical precision with empathy and communication — guiding clients with clarity and calm through major life transitions. Licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts, Lauren also serves on the V Foundation’s Next Generation Committee and is a member of Westchester Country Club, where she’s deeply involved in the community.
