Ron and Lauren are both Greenwich natives, and their approach is grounded in authenticity, loyalty, and an intimate understanding of the community they call home. Ron brings a tireless work ethic, a natural gift for relationship-building, and perspective shaped by his upbringing in a family of builders and years of working alongside clients navigating the local market. Lauren brings academic and entrepreneurial depth to the table, with a Master's in Real Estate Development from NYU, a personal investment portfolio, and extensive consulting experience with private investors and high-net-worth clients.
